Although this is a clever, multi layered slow burner there are some jaw to the floor reveals with information bombs that explode your expectations and opinions of certain characters. There is plenty of tension and suspenseful moments and some well thought out plot twists as it builds to a very good ending. I was absolutely delighted to learn that Dorothy Koomson, one of my top ten, or quite possibly even my top five favourite authors had written a new novel. My Other Husband is a top-notch read. But now she has decided to walk away from it all – including divorcing her husband, Wallace – before her past secrets catch up with her. This is another winner from a very talented author and someone whose books I will always want to read.
