About this deal

I’ve found that both disposable cameras do well with landscapes, very similarly to the Instax Wide 300. The additive type shot counter is dead center, and the oval gray button on the right actuates the shutter.

The DarkRoom will send them to a recycling facility to recover much of the materials At first glance, the FunSaver looks like a toy. If you rely on your local developer/printer, you will probably not get anything close to what you see here, the reason being they scan the negatives too quickly, and that results in a poor light range from deep shadows to bright skies; plus the colors are not really accurate/punchy in my opinion. All things considered, the Kodak FunSaver single use camera really is fun, and puts out decent photo quality, especially if you scan the negatives yourself with a good dedicated film scanner. There are better disposable cameras out there, but unless you want to shell out quite a bit more money for modest improvements that may ultimately make no difference at all, the Agfa Le Box 400 is the way to go. You press the flash button on the front until the red light on top of the camera comes on, then take your shot.As you can see, the functions are almost point and shoot, since there are not many turns to go, you only have one speed and a single aperture. The images in this post that were taken at the beach were done by my professional lab and the ones taken in the city were self-developed! That is why behind the disposable cameras a subculture of photography has been created that is growing more and more.

The most common of these disposables (at least in the United States) is the Kodak FunSaver, which also happens to be the camera that introduced me to photography. A camera that needs no introduction, we have known it since we are little, and probably for many it was the camera that allowed the first contact with photography. The battery will stay charged for years; and even if it goes bad, you can still use the camera outdoors in good light. Activate the Last by pushing the button on the front (There’s only one button and it has a bolt-on it). You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. Once you’ve used up all the film, simply drop the camera back at WALKENS or another film lab for processing.
