Various grades of foam offcuts are fed through a shredding machine which turns it into a crumbled form. Ideal filling for cushions, leather pouffe's, dog and cat beds, conservatory and garden furniture cushions, floor cushions, etc.

When converting polyurethane foam into useable products, offcuts of the grade are often left behind. There are many different types of foam grades available to purchase, but none quite like reconstituted foam. Extra Firm/ Chip/ Reconstituted sheet of foam, very firm, ideal for heavy duty bar, restaurant and any areas that see a lot of heavy-duty usage. We also offer reconstituted foam sheets in a variety of thicknesses ranging from half an inch up to 4 inches thick.
