Our team of hypnobirthing practitioners are experienced in the use of hypnosis and believe less is more, teaching you simple but very effective techniques that will keep you in your birthing zone without even having to think about it.Do you need your partner to understand their role during the birth and how they can support you using hypnosis and mindfulness? This is a private one to one class for you and your chosen birth partner, tailored to suit your individual needs and circumstances.

We focus our teaching on how your thoughts, and your partners thoughts and actions, can affect your body during pregnancy and labour. The second was the classic example of how interventions cascade into something that isn't good for the baby. Expertly crafted techniques, aligned with your values and expectations means that they work extremely effectively. I had always WANTED a natural birth, but never understood just how much work and preparation needs to happen in the mind and body of the pregnant mother BEFORE the birth.I've always said I would be interested to see what my brain could do working for me instead of against me (anxious type here). We consistently get feedback saying that they are using the mindful hypnobirthing techniques they have learned not just in preparation for the birth but in everyday life and that they are sleeping better, or just generally more relaxed. I have been training for over 15 years and take small groups of trainees who can be mentored afterwards. Hypnosis tools are extremely effective at reducing pain, and increasing confidence and emotional well-being.

Many mums who have been on our mindful hypnobirthing class comment that the CD music that they relaxed to during the pregnancy, relaxes and settles their baby after they have been born; simply because baby associates the music with being calm.
