Whispering Hills is a ongoing project to rebuild the City of Centralia,PA - that very city inspiring the Silent Hill Movie.We added a special follower to Sanctuary for you once you complete the secret Pass code in the Apartments. If you hit the strength threshold you will basically run a formula where it calculates your strength stat and calculates it a random chance whether the effect activates. NOTICE: - THIS PATCH IS NOW AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE WHO WISHES TO CHANGE THE MUSIC/WEATHER BETWEEN GRIM AND WHISPERING HILLS. Ultimativley you will be dragged into the Underworld now and then. You will face Mumblers, Ghouls, Silent hill Nurses, Twin head Screamers and Dogs chasing after you during that period. Added extra trigger infront of otherrworld church to update the EP4 Quest. That should hopefully fix for some people the wrong questmarker in he Hell City. With this update you have a 15% chance on every weather change to experience this Rainy foggy weather. Added a temporary Quest promoting the Disocrd Concert from Thesselay Lerner (Voiceactress SH1,SH2,WH - Lisa)Ayup made sure to start a new game, definitely looked at what was required to run it. they mentioned specifically to not have darker nights or vivid weather, just as so it will not conflict with the winter mod itself. Winter weathers are working just fine i'm getting the full on blizzard effects and everything. Just no snow except what you can see in the distance. Tons of bugs and inconveniences were fixed as well, which will take way too long to write down here, Added a gameplay section to the Whispeirng Hills Holotape that lets you remove the Foxy follower as wel las tweak other values of the game. Load it AFTER all weathersmods oyu have! Wait atleast one day ingame for the new Weathers to set in
I calculated a Visual Graph for the city of Whispering Hills. This makes the mod slightly larger but hopefully you will experience better FPS especially on Xbox. DO NOT install this mod manually by dragging files to your data folder - Always use Mod managers like Modorganizer2 or Vortex to manage your mods!Hopefully fixed the Xbox bug where people falling trhough the floor on the Apartments Floor 3. ... WHY? In this episode, we try out new crazy stuff with the Fallout 4 Engine and are most likely pushing it to its limits right now. So, be prepared!
